What We Do
Beef Cattle
We have 500–600 head on the ranch at any given time, raising them to 700–800 lbs before sale. It’s a classic cow/calf operation and cattle shipping happens on Mondays (to fit school schedules, since the kids can't stand not helping out.) We also buy and sell futures contracts on beef cattle.
Land Work
Brush clearing, road work, pasture rotation, burn programs—there’s always something to fix, build, or plan.
Wildlife Conservation
Annual surveys, MLD permits, controlled hunts, and habitat work for whitetail deer and other game. We maintain balance in the ecosystem through attention, consistency, and action.
